I am Eshwar.K.Kumar here. Whenever I see my students while delivering sessions in a college, I reimagine my past when I was a school student and a graduate. I just look back and think how my learning curve has been. Though those were the memorable days in my life yet I feel that we have not learned those things that can add values and worth to our living. Though we spend 22-23 years of our life(from our school to post graduation days all put together) ,our exact career progresses only in the last 7 years i.e. from age 16. If today's generation of kids can prepare for entrance coaching from age of 13-14, why can't they get basic understanding of earning to live a life. I am a BMS graduate passout in 2011 from Mumbai university and a PG in Data science under NSDC. So being a management graduate I feel that this initiative is need of the day not only to guide  which career will be the best for them. But it is to give an idea of the reliable income source to save money for a good future.

If children right from their teenage get the opportunity to understand the worth of money, they will surely save their pocket money given by parents, even sit and discuss with them of various Income savings opportunity available.

Let me explain an example of story of grasshopper and ant.

One day an ant with its friends go to collect some food for their family. When the ant sees a grasshopper sitting doing nothing, it advices the grasshopper to save food for the monsoon. The grasshopper unhears its words and go through a severe hunger crisis during heavy rains. What was the reason? Simple it didn't learn the habit of saving food from the ant. Now here in real life obviously parents are saving for you as well. No doubt in that. But as you gain the knowledge of real world finance, you will understand the worth of their efforts when they go to work to earn for you. In future you maybe preparing to become a  CA, Engineer, Banker, Doctor, or any other profession, ultimately your final goal will be to earn money.
